My Team Vision
My Team vision is to allow individuals to find their passion and develop it while earning extra money either part time or full time according to their desires and long term goals. I seek to develop new leaders and to enable others to grow themselves in ways they never thought possible all while developing increased financial security. I lead my team with confidence, courage and complete honesty and integrity. I support them in growing their businesses and in achieving their goals.
Before you even begin to consider this business there are a couple of essential questions you must answer for yourself!
1. Why are you looking for a home based business?
2. How much time and money do you have to invest?
3. What do you hope to get out of the experience besides just an income?
Although there is great money in this business it helps if you have other desires and goals besides just making a lot of money. This is a business of service and you must be willing to help grow others by offering them value and friendship instead of thinking only about how much money is in it for you.
I am looking for certain types of people to join my team. Some of the desired characteristics include: motivation, determination, responsbility, and goal oriented.
I would also love to welcome anyone with a sales, leadership or business background although these are not by any means required. We have a comprehensive training system and can train anyone who is teachable, and has a desire to learn and grow to be successful.
My team vision is to establish a true team where we all work together to support each other and to help one another in our efforts to obtain a better quality of life. The old adage "There is no I in team" will truly apply for us.

to be there for you and to support you with as much training and knowledge as I can without doing it for you.
to point you in the right direction by always keeping you informed of company events and training calls
to help you take advantage of all available company resources
in other words, while I can't take full responsibility for your success or failure, I never want the reason you didn't succeed to be because I failed in my job as a team couch and mentor.
